Motif Opens BPO Centre in Philippines
Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Motif has opened a new 450-seat delivery centre in Quezon City in the Philippines, to provide back office support, and research and analytics to firms in the region as well as in the US.
The new centre, which involved a $2.5m investment, is equipped with the latest technology from Avaya and Cisco.
'I am delighted to announce a historic milestone in our company's history,' stated Founder and Chairman Kaushal Mehta. 'Our new Philippines centre significantly expands our global presence and positions us for solid future growth.'
Motif was founded in 2000 and now has 800 employees across its existing delivery centres in Ahmadabad, India and the Philippine capital Manila.
The company's online research services include competitive intelligence and benchmarking, key opinion leader research, and social media monitoring and analysis.
