Revelation Launches Web 2.0 Integration Tool
In the US, Revelation - which develops web-based qual research tools - has created what it describes as the first online Qualitative Discovery System (QDS).
The system integrates the features of blogs, diaries and bulletin boards into the firm's analysis and reporting tools. This enables researchers to mix group discussion with blog and diary activities to 'get to the heart of customer experiences'.
