Transfer and Promotion Boost Brazilian Team

Synovate is strengthening its Brazilian business from March by giving new roles and responsibilities to Manuel Lopes; and to Jesus Caldeiro who returns from Spain.

Synovate Brazil MD Lopes will add the role of Director of Operations for South America to his existing remit. New responsibilities include supporting local business units in further improving operational efficiency, commercial growth and profitability within the region. In more than 30 years in the industry, he has led the Portugal and Brazil offices of other top global research firms. He joined Synovate in 2003 and has helped to make it one of the leading agencies in the region.

Jesus Caldeiro, currently Client Service Director for Synovate in Spain, relocates to Sao Paulo and takes the new role of Client Services and Practices Director for Synovate Brazil. Here he will be responsible for managing and growing the company's business with key accounts and managing business for its global practices in Brazil. He served previously as the first MD for Synovate Brazil, leading its integration when it became Synovate in 2003; and as MD in Portugal.
