TBS Group Restructures Ad Sales Research
In the US, Time Warner-company Turner Broadcasting System (TBS) is restructuring its ad sales research division with the promotion of three key executives.
Katie Larkin is promoted to the post of Senior Vice President of Turner Entertainment and Sports Ad Sales Research and Strategy, while Jay Leon becomes Vice President of Turner Sports Sales Research.
In their new roles, both will manage ad sales research and strategy and develop more streamlined business research processes for sports sales research.
In addition, Jeff Grant becomes Senior Vice President of the Sales, Marketing & Enterprises segment, and will manage sales teams.
Stacey Lynn Schulman, SVP of Turner Entertainment, Animation, Sports & Digital Ad Sales Research, commented on the shift in structure: 'A re-organization of our key business units will allow Jeff, Katie and Jay, to better manage and work with their sales teams to help expand the business opportunities and establish a stronger presence in the marketplace.'
