The new software includes everything needed to build custom online or paper survey forms, enter data and check for accuracy through the use of rules. The survey creation software includes new features such as drag-and-drop survey design, double entry verification and dynamic renumbering. Double entry verification compares entries in real time and reports anomalies. Clearly, this feature helps eliminate errors and reduces the amount of post-collection cleaning. According to SPSS, dynamic renumbering, in addition to automatically renumbering forms when questions are added/deleted, updates static text references, thereby reducing design time and allowing questionnaires to be assembled more quickly.
