FDS appoints new CATI Manager 25/07/00 Robert Hutchinson has been appointed CATI manager of FDS International, having held a number of senior IT roles in manufacturing, service and computer companies over the past 30 years. Most recently he has worked as an independent IT consultant, advising on the infrastructure for a SAP project with more than 1,000 users. Within FDS he will write and manage CATI programmes for the company’s technologically advanced telephony system.
