Survey.com, a leading provider of online market research services, is to
develop an online research panel with The Cultural Access Group, a cultural
market research agency. The panel will explore and measure Internet and
computer usage among African-American, Hispanic, and general market
segments.
Panel members are being recruited on African-American and Hispanic websites,
as well as through multicultural databases.
According to Kevin Taylor, Senior Analyst/Manager at Survey.com, "The
formation of this research panel is a step forward into a new research arena
for Survey.com. Understanding the needs and desires of these particular
market segments is critical to the marketing efforts of all companies, in
all industries. Additionally, this panel will help us reach a more diverse
audience to research various topics that are of keen interest for our
syndicated research program."
"I am excited by the introduction of the online panel and our work with
Survey.com," added David Morse, Senior VP and CEO of Cultural Access Group.
"The panel allows us to continue our market research of the rapidly growing
multicultural market segments through a new and innovative method. The fact
that we are working with a established Internet presence such as Survey.com
only elevates my expectations for high-calibre research results."
