IPO Filing for AMR 2/10/2000 AMR Research Inc, a provider of research and analysis on e-business strategies and technologies, has filed to raise US$75 million in an initial public offering of common stock. The company focuses on industry-specific coverage of supply chain management, customer management, enterprise management, business-to-business e-commerce and all underlying enabling technologies. AMR, whose principal rivals are Forrester Research and Gartner, plans to use the money raised to expand its research, sales and marketing personnel as well as the development of new research services and international expansion. The number of shares in the initial public offering and their price range will be disclosed at a later date by AMR.
