Change to MMXI Europe Methodology

From the start of September, MMXI Europe has moved to a more sophisticated methodology for the telephone survey on which its panel of at home Internet usage is weighted.

Rather than carrying out the survey on a household by household basis, the operation is now asking individuals to explain their own online activity. The change in methodology has led to an increase in the number of people using the Internet in the last month, and the total universe for October’s data will reflect this improvement.
