She will report directly to Cliff Condon, Forrester's group director of strategy research at the company's European headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Meringer assumed her European role in November after transferring from Forrester's corporate headquarters in Cambridge, Mass., where she was director of Forrester's eBusiness Organization & Services Research group, responsible for helping senior executives deal with organizational and staffing issues as they transform their firms into eBusinesses.
