Protection One, Inc. , a US-based provider of monitored security services to homes and businesses, has added two execs to its marketing team. Jane Satree joins as VP of Marketing Development, Data and Analytics, and Jeff Taylor as VP of Marketing Strategy and Intelligence. Each has more than 20 years of relevant business experience.
The appointments follow the naming of a new CMO, Kim Lessner, earlier this year. The two new appointees will focus on establishing, executing and evaluating strategic marketing initiatives as well as strengthening customer relationships.
Satree was most recently a senior industry consultant at Teradata, a division of NCR, with a focus on supporting clients’ data warehouse technology investments. She has also worked in senior marketing roles at Verizon Communications, GTE, The Associates, and American Express. She has a master's in international management from Thunderbird's American Graduate School of International Management and bachelor's degrees in French and business administration from the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
Taylor worked mostly at Verizon Communications, latterly as Director of the Strategy and Market Intelligence function of Verizon Business. Since then, he has directed strategy and product management at MASERGY Communications and held financial management positions at GTE and IBM. He has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a bachelor's in economics from Tufts University.
