Community and panels specialist Talk Online Panel has hired Sebastian Stahlhofen as Director Business Development for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), based in Germany.

Headquartered in Vienna, Talk Online Panels operates in central and south eastern Europe, with survey participants rewarded through a loyalty points programme. Stahlhofen (pictured) joins after more than six years at data collection specialist Norstat in Germany, latterly as Head of Client Consulting (South). Prior to this he was a Sales Consultant for online fieldwork specialist ODC Services, which was acquired by Norstat in 2012. He began his career at Socialdata in the UK and Australia.

In his new role, Stahlhofen will be responsible for managing sales in the DACH region, and setting up and establishing the firm's office in Munich.
