Programmatic research tech company Lucid has appointed Hui-Ching Tan as Associate Director, Business Development, based in Singapore.

Tan (pictured) joins after seven years at Ipsos, latterly as a Director overseeing three business units and focusing on partnerships across APAC. Prior to this she was an AD at Kantar Millward Brown, where she worked for six years.

In her new role, Tan will focus on growth in Singapore, while exploring opportunities for developing new relationships in the region. Commenting on the appointment, Jun Clarke, Vice President, APAC, said: 'Hui-Ching's addition to our team will undoubtedly facilitate even stronger partnerships for Lucid in APAC. Her proven expertise in innovation and expansion within the market research space is a crucial asset to our growing organisation'.
