In the US, Touchstone Research (TSR) has appointed Elecia Allen as Senior Research Director in its Qualitative team.

Touchstone is a full-service MR firm headquartered in Branford, Connecticut, with teams in Los Angeles, Austin, Denver, Florida, Chicago, North Carolina, Michigan, New Jersey, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Services include custom research and management of proprietary online panels and communities, in sectors such as youth and family, media and entertainment and technology research.

Allen (pictured) joins from activewear brand Fabletics, where she was a Senior Research Analyst in the Customer Insights team. Here she conducted research projects using multiple methodologies, including focus groups, user interviews, UX testing, diary studies, ethnographies, field studies, concept testing and surveys. In addition, she developed the firm's internal consumer panel. Earlier, Allen worked at womenswear brand MM.LaFleur as a Senior Customer Experience Analyst.
