She started her career as a market researcher and then worked as Personnel Manager for several blue chip companies. In the early 80's worked as part of the human resources team and built a market research agency from 50 to 250 employees, plus a field force of 450. This agency was rated in the top 10. In addition to her many years of recruitment experience, she is a qualified user of all psychometric testing materials including SHL and NFER. Has developed and run assessment centres for clients.     We meet all candidates face to face.     All candidates are fully briefed on positions.     No CV is sent to clients until the candidate has confirmed their interest in the position.     For most candidates, the next move is critical and may take some time.
