TORA Relocates, Hires and Promotes

UK FMCG and customer experience researcher The Oxford Research Agency (TORA) has moved to larger premises in the city, while appointing former Ipsos MORI AD Emma Baret and promoting three of its team to the UK Board.

Emma Baret and Richard MillsTORA uses qual and quant methodologies to help companies launch new products into the marketplace. In April, the firm revealed plans to expand beyond its UK home with new offices in North America and mainland Europe.

Baret joins the company's FMCG team as an Associate Director, reporting to Richard Mills who has just been promoted to Head of the division.

Additionally, Steve King becomes Head of Customer Experience and Operations, and Jackie Tarran becomes Head of International FMCG.

UK MD Andrew Tharme describes the three promotees as 'great people' who inspire their teams, and says of Baret: 'Emma brings us 10 years of relevant FMCG NPD experience, including working in both the UK and French markets, and further strengthens our NPD and volumetrics expertise, both domestically and internationally'.
