EasyInsites Adds Community Features

UK-based custom panel solutions specialist EasyInsites has enhanced its EasyPanel product with the aim of making its panel web sites 'more engaging and community oriented'. To support this effort, the firm has hired web developer Charlie Fairclough.

Charles PearsonEasyInsites, which was founded in 2009 by former Research Now directors Charles Pearson and Jo Winning, develops custom panel solutions using technology from Swedish software company Cint AB.

The firm has added new functionality to its EasyPanel platform, including an EasyIdeas product which enables participants to generate new ideas around a particular topic, and participate in unstructured discussions on topics of their choice; and features which enable results and information to be confidentially shared by panel members within the site.

MD and co-founder Charles Pearson (pictured) comments: 'Our objective has always been to enhance the panelist experience by delivering engaging and feature-rich web sites, while enhancing the survey respondent experience through the use of creative and engaging question types. We are investing in both areas so that we can meet the changing needs and standards of our clients and prospects as well as the expectations of their customers and other audiences who participate in their research.'

Fairclough joins the firm with a background in web development and design, having previously worked for clients such as DEFRA, British Airways, Experian and John Lewis.
