Former Research Now Director Launches Custom Panel Firm

March 30 2009

In London, former Research Now Director Charles Pearson has today announced the launch of a new research agency, EasyInsites, focusing on custom panel solutions and using technology from Cint AB. Research Now's former Client Development Director Jo Winning joins him in the venture.

Jo Winning and Charles PearsonPearson joined Research Now in 2006 and helped build its organic business in the US. Most recently, he focused on panel excellence using techniques like digital fingerprinting. Winning was one of the first employees at Research Now 4 years ago.

Pearson will be MD and Winning Director of Sales in the new agency. The tie-in with Cint, now headed up in the UK by former Ciao Europe MD Richard Thornton, means EasyInsites' clients will be able to build panels of their customers and employees and allow other researchers to access them through the Cint Panel Exchange marketplace for a fee.

Cint founder and CEO Bo Mattsson says EasyInsites' clients 'can now stay ahead in terms of customer and market feedback, with a much lower investment than they are use to and with much more control over their market research processes.'

In addition, EasyInsites will use Cint's Automated Tracker which promises to remove the need for dedicated project management staff for sampling and monitoring field progress, and which generates the Balanced Scorecards, increasingly in demand within the HR industry. The addition of further technologies is planned, including EasyPoll, which resembles an online Omnibus and will access sample from the Cint Panel Exchange.

Says Pearson: 'One of the most significant obstacles for corporate clients and organizations in considering custom panels is cost. Cint's technology will be the basis for our product offering called EasyXchange which enables a client to offset these custom panel costs by easily facilitating the monetization of these panellists.'

EasyInsites will be headquartered in Guildford, Surrey. Web site: www.easyInsites.com .
