Mzinga and Pandemic Labs Partner

In the US, social media software and analytics company Mzinga has partnered with social media marketing specialist Pandemic Labs, to provide clients with improved insights into customer loyalty and employee performance.

The agreement, which pairs Mzinga's enterprise-class social software and analytics solution OmniSocial with Pandemic Labs' social media marketing expertise, comes hot on the heels of Mzinga's joint venture in social media listening with CRM specialist ISM announced last week.

Mike Merriman, Director of Strategic Services at Mzinga, said: 'We are thrilled to add Pandemic Labs to our growing repertoire of trusted partners to bring full-service social strategy solutions to the market. The work Pandemic has done with large brands like Au Bon Pain, The Ritz-Carlton and others closely aligns with our customer base to deliver best-in-class social solutions and agency services to customers.'

Matt Peters, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Pandemic Labs, adds, 'Through this partnership, we will be able to enhance our best-of-breed social media marketing services with the comprehensive social features available in Mzinga's platform, OmniSocial.'
