Web Analytics Firm Hub'Sales Acquired

European consulting and data engineering specialist Business & Decision Group has acquired French web analytics services firm Hub'Sales for an undisclosed amount.

Paris-based Hub'Sales, whose team of twenty staff is led by founder Eric Dumain, develops and deploys technology to analyse the behaviour of digital consumers. In 2010 the firm partnered with business analytics firm Anametrix to offer a real-time digital measurement system covering multiple online and off-line sources.

Business & Decision Group - which offers a range of services such as business intelligence, enterprise performance management, and master data management - says the acquisition will form part of its innovation and technological research strategy, to focus on the fields of CRM and e-Business. Group Chairman and MD Patrick Bensabat comments: 'The Hub'Scan solution is unique in France and will help strengthen our existing CRM and e-Business offerings. Hub'Sales has a dual software publishing and consulting culture that should ensure smooth integration into the group. We extend a warm welcome to the new teams.'

Dumain says the transaction will mean greater recognition for Hub'Sales, not only in France but also in the USA.
