EasyInsites Q1 Revenue Jumps 40%

UK custom panel and community specialist EasyInsites has reported a 40% year-on-year increase in first quarter revenue to more than £300k. The firm has also promoted two members of staff and hired Martin Levett as Web and Survey Programmer.

Martin Levett, Rebecca Batey and Elaine FowlerThe Surrey-based company was founded in 2009 by former Research Now director Charles Pearson, and specialises in building client custom panels, as well as research communities. Pearson told DRNO that he expects final first quarter revenue higher than the £305.9k already confirmed and invoiced.

Commenting on the company's growth, Pearson said: 'Notwithstanding challenging economic times in both the UK and US economies where the bulk of our clients are based, since we began trading four years ago, EasyInsites has been able to grow consistently year-on-year. Our growth rate is now accelerating and we are realising success in new sectors beyond FMCG, media and retail where we initially started.'

These additional sectors include luxury goods, sports and banking/insurance, as well as research and media agencies.

Separately, Rebecca Batey has been promoted to the role of Account Executive to manage the firm's current client relationships, and Elaine Fowler to Research Executive, to work in the full service function. Levett, who joined earlier this quarter from Emerge Development Consultancy where he was IT Business Systems Analyst, works on panel web site design, build and maintenance as well as custom scripting for surveys.
