Clarabridge Announces Latin American Push

US-based text analytics specialist Clarabridge has expanded its operations into Latin America, with the establishment of a team focused on Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Chile.

Sid BanerjeeHeadquartered in Reston, VA, with additional offices in San Francisco and London, the firm automatically collects, classifies and scores sentiment in qualitative data found in customer feedback channels. Using a natural language processing (NLP) engine, the Clarabridge solution natively supports many languages, including Spanish and Portuguese, and offers a full Spanish user interface.

Last week, the firm completed an $80m equity investment, which it has earmarked for further expansion of its global operations, driving product innovation and growing its employee base.

Explaining the latest move, CEO Sid Banerjee (pictured) said that demand for intelligent CEM solutions in the Latin American region is currently at a 'fever pitch', adding: 'The stellar team, resources, and efforts we've put into growing our presence in Latin America solidify our commitment to bring intelligent customer experience to new and existing customers in the region and throughout the world.'

Driving the Latin American focus from offices in Miami, Florida, are Charles Ydoate as Industry Group Vice President, and Erik Viteri as Vice President Sales, Latin America.
