Clarabridge Opens San Francisco Office

US text analytics specialist Clarabridge has opened an office in San Francisco, to serve the needs of its clients on the West Coast. The firm plans to double staff numbers in the region during the next year.

Headquartered in Reston, Va. with additional offices in London, UK, the firm automatically collects, classifies and scores sentiment in qual data found in customer feedback channels.

The new office, based in the historic Russ Building in the heart of San Francisco's financial district, will be led by Jeff Rosen (pictured) as West Region Director. Rosen joined Clarabridge in 2010 from his previous role as Sales Manager at Oracle Corporation, prior to which he served as Strategic Account Manager at MicroStrategy.

Rosen explains: 'We opened our West Coast office because the demand for intelligent customer experience is at a fever pitch. We grew our West Region team by 100% in 2012 and, with the new San Francisco hub, we are better equipped than ever to serve the needs of our customers, continue our rapid expansion in 2013, and meet this enterprise demand.'
