Rebrand for Lumi Mobile and IML Worldwide

London-based mobile research technology specialist Lumi Mobile and its audience response and voting systems business IML Worldwide are now to be known simply as Lumi, following their recent merger.

Last year, Lumi Mobile expanded into the meetings and events market with the launch of 'Join In', a communications app based on the company's patented, real-time Lumi Live platform. The firm then acquired the IML device business, which enables audience interaction through conversation, texting, voting and content sharing; and captures and analyses the resulting data to provide audience insight.

Commenting on the launch of the new brand name, Lumi CEO Richard Taylor (pictured) said: 'The successful integration of IML and our new beginning as Lumi offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop a single leading brand around the world. I believe all elements are in place to position ourselves as the front-runner in insight technology.'
