GutCheck Debuts Multi-Language Options

In the US, on-demand online community specialist GutCheck has introduced a multi-language version of its consumer insights solution, supporting sixteen markets and with eight new languages.

Matt WartaDenver, CO-based GutCheck enables users to access qualified targeted respondents using a patent-pending recruitment engine which sorts through a panel of more than five million online research participants. When a qualified match is found, GutCheck initiates online, anonymous, 30-minute one-on-one interviews with consumers, at a 'nominal' cost per chat.

The latest edition of its product supports the US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Austria, France, Germany, Russia, Switzerland, the UK, Japan, China and Australia, and as well as English, is now available in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese. Research is delivered through in-country experts, who provide local knowledge and help design ways to encourage dialogue and gather feedback from specific audiences.

CEO Matt Warta (pictured) explains: 'The single most critical need in market research for our global consumer product company customers is the ability to get quality consumer insights fast and affordably in a variety of languages. And the results from our international customer beta test research confirms that our solution will deliver significant value to the market.'
