QuestBack Central Europe Leader Departs

Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) software firm QuestBack has parted company 'by mutual consent' with Hilarius Dreßen, CEO of its operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Hilarius DressenDreßen (pictured), who joined in January 2013 replacing Frank Michael, was responsible for the go-to-market organizations in the three countries. He worked previously at enterprise IT and business software solutions firm Allen Systems Group as SVP EMEA, and before this in senior roles at Adobe, Lotus Development, IBM and inform.

Nils Stangnes, Vice President for Global Execution, will fill Dreßen's role as acting CEO until a successor is found, and comments: 'Quest Back is on a strong growth path and the German-speaking region is a strategic market for us, in which we will continue to invest significantly.'

Frank Møllerop, CEO of Quest Back AS, said the firm thanked Mr. Dressen for his efforts and wished him well in his future career.

QuestBack, which has more than 380 employees, provides EFM, online data collection, analysis and follow-up from its HQ in Oslo and offices around the world, including Central European locations Munich, Berlin, Cologne and Vienna. It acquired German panel and survey software firm Globalpark, of which Michael was CEO, in 2011.
