QuestBack Hires CEO for Germany, Austria & Switz

Enterprise feedback management (EFM) technology specialist QuestBack has appointed Hilarius Dressen as Managing Director Central Europe, responsible for the company's operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He succeeds Frank Michael, who is leaving to set up as an independent consultant.

QuestBack provides EFM plus online data collection, analysis and follow-up from its HQ in Oslo and seventeen offices worldwide. In 2011, the company acquired German panel and survey software firm Globalpark and promoted Michael, its MD, to a CEO role.

Dressen worked most recently at enterprise IT and business software solutions firm Allen Systems Group, where he served as SVP EMEA. Prior to this, he worked for Adobe as a member of the management team responsible for EMEA sales and service partners; and earlier in his career he held senior roles at Lotus Development, IBM and inform.
