Mizzouri Hires Kim Dedeker

US start-up agency Mizzouri has hired Procter & Gamble veteran Kim Dedeker as Principal and Chief Research Officer.

Kim DedekerNashville-based Mizzouri was set up in January by CEO Kristin Sharp, formerly COO Global Qualitative at TNS and CEO of Ipsos Understanding UnLtd (IUU); CMO Ali Perry, who previously served as MD of TNS UK and Co-President of IUU; and CFO Michael Hagerty.

Dedeker (pictured) joins the full service agency after five years at Kantar, where she latterly served as Chair of the Americas, focusing on the group's global research quality initiatives. Prior to this, she spent nearly 30 years at Procter & Gamble - initially in the group's Consumer & Market Knowledge department, and then in a variety of senior roles, culminating in the position of VP, Consumer and Market Knowledge External Capability.

During her career, Dedeker has been involved with a number of industry bodies. She is a past Board Member of the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF), and is currently Chairperson of its Online Research Quality Council (ORQC) Client Advisory Board.

In her new role, Dedeker will divide her time between Mizzouri's headquarters in Nashville and the firm's Cincinnati office.
