Hall & Partners Opens in Dubai
Brand and comms research specialist Hall & Partners has announced the opening of an office in Dubai, led by Managing Director Ziad Skaff, who previously served as Regional Executive Director of Research and Insights at sister company Omnicom Media Group MENA.
 Hall & Partners carries out research in more than 70 countries, and in addition to the new location has headquarters in London, and offices in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Melbourne, New York, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Singapore, Sydney and <21086.
In his previous Omnicom role Skaff (pictured) developed the analytics and consultancy unit Integral. Prior to his eight years at Omnicom, Skaff spent four at Ipsos, latterly as Advertising Research Manager.
