Seed Strategy Buys Women's Insight Specialist

Seed Strategy, a subsidiary of MR and training provider Burke, Inc., has acquired women's insights and innovation consultancy The Cherri Prince Company.

Cherri PrinceInnovation and product positioning specialist Seed was founded in 2002 by current CEO Susan Jones and is based in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. The company was acquired by Burke in December 2014 for an undisclosed sum. Cherri Prince (pictured), who has worked with Seed on a number of projects and now joins the company, created 'Leo She', a female insights agency within Leo Burnett before starting her own consultancy. She also served as a consultant on the year 2000 hit comedy What Women Want starring Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt.

Jones says of the buy: 'We know that many of our clients are looking to better meet the needs of their female audiences, and Cherri's addition to Seed makes us the best possible place to turn to for support.
