Rapid Growth for Sample Specialist Innovate

Sampling firm Innovate has announced three new hires - Michael Krameisen, Erin Fredericks and Josh Brezner - along with impressive annual growth. In the last year, revenues have tripled and headcount has doubled to 50 people.

Krameisen (pictured top), who joins as Senior Director of Business Development, brings twenty-five years' experience with particular knowledge of B2B sample: he spent the last year working for Lightspeed GMI, after a spell at online qual platform and MROC specialist VisionsLive, and before this he spent more than six years at Research Now, latterly as Director, Client Development for the Southern Region. Earlier, he held senior positions at InsightExpress, Ipsos and Nielsen, and he worked client-side at The Dannon Company. In his new role, he will focus on Innovate's B2B First Class Panel.

Fredericks (pictured center), who takes the same title as Krameisen, was most recently Director of Partnership Development at sports and entertainment specialist Navigate Research, and before that was Midwest Sales Director at Survey Sampling International (SSI).

Brezner (pictured bottom) takes the role of Director of User Experience, and will work closely with Innovate's panel team to help enhance the company's panel products and services. He worked previous in operational roles at Instant.ly / uSamp, leading various initiatives concerning the firm's iPoll panel.
