Absolutdata Launches AI Platform

Analytics and research firm Absolutdata has launched an artificial intelligence-driven decision engine, the NAVIK AI Platform, which helps clients optimize business decisions 'on an ongoing basis without having to build a data science team'.

Anil KaulTwo new / upgraded products have been launched - NAVIK MarketingAI, formerly NAVIK Converter - an offer personalization tool for non-technical marketing staff; and automated testing tool NAVIK ConceptAI, formerly NAVIK Concept Test. They join NAVIK SalesAI which was released earlier.

The Platform, which integrates and harmonises data from disparate sources, includes an AI Design Lab with a machine learning library, self-learning model builder and text mining lab; and is based around a Decision Engine with a prediction simulator, decision option generator and recommender bot which combine to find 'the actions most likely to yield value and results'.

Absolutdata says the 'persistent worldwide shortage of data scientists' has held up companies' adoption of AI in sales, marketing and brand management, and the tool's non-technical front-end addresses this. According to CEO Dr Anil Kaul (pictured): 'Until now, sales and marketing technology has primarily focused on executing decisions that were already made. What makes the NAVIK AI Platform revolutionary is that it operates at a higher level to actually improve decision-making.
