Frank Forkin Takes Lead at Ipsos RDA

Ipsos has promoted Frank Forkin to the role of President of its RDA division, which provides motor industry quality tracking and customer satisfaction measurement.

Frank ForkinForkin joined RDA Group in 2010 as EVP and Partner, five years before the firm's takeover by Ipsos. Earlier, he worked for Harris Interactive as President, North America, Client Services; was VP Strategy and Consumer Insights at Domino's Pizza; and spent ten years at JD Power and Associates, latterly as VP and General Manager of The Diversified Client Services Division.

He succeeds Donald Pietrowski, who recently announced his retirement from the firm his father Tony founded in 1969. Commenting on Ford's appointment, Pietrowski said: 'Frank's knowledge of the Ipsos RDA people, product offerings and working culture makes him uniquely suited to carry on the strong client service legacy that RDA has built over the past 45 years. In addition, Frank has a strong track record of successfully growing businesses through innovative product offerings, keen understanding of client needs and an ability to lead diverse groups of research and IT professionals'.
