Frank Forkin Rejoins RDA from Harris

In the US, former Harris Interactive President Frank Forkin has rejoined market research consultancy RDA Group as Executive Vice President and Partner.

Established in 1969 and headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, RDA Group conducts product research, customer satisfaction and tracking studies for the automotive, financial services, health care, utilities, and temporary staffing industries.

At Harris, Forkin has served as President, North America, Client Services since June 2009. Prior to this, he worked briefly as VP Strategy and Consumer Insights at Domino's Pizza, before which he spent 10 years at JD Power and Associates, latterly as VP and General Manager of The Diversified Client Services Division.

Earlier he spent eight years as Senior VP at RDA Group, where his key focus was new business development, strategic planning and consulting.

In his new role, Forkin will focus on maximizing profit while driving sales, marketing, new product development efforts and client services, and be responsible for the Strategic Accounts organization which comprises research and sales teams.

He will report to Don Pietrowski, President of the RDA Group, who comments: 'Frank is a highly regarded market research leader with demonstrated ability to launch and build successful businesses. I am confident that his strong client service skills and deep knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods will strengthen our relationships with current and prospective clients.'
