ZappiStore Hires VP Client Transformation

Automated MR company ZappiStore has appointed Katie O'Connor as Vice President of Client Transformation, based in its London office.

The firm works in partnership with a growing number of research agencies and offers off-the-shelf research products targeted at solving business issues ranging from new product development, to pack testing, concept testing and social media monitoring. Founded in 2013 and boosted a year ago by £12m from Amsterdam-based venture capital firm Prime Ventures, it employs more than 160 people in six offices across the globe.

O'Connor (pictured) joins from consumer insights specialist Incite, where she latterly served as a Principal. Prior to this, she worked in China as an AD at Jigsaw Communispace and she spent five years at BrainJuicer (now known as System 1 Research), latterly as a Senior Research Consultant in Shanghai, and earlier in roles in the firm's London, Chicago and New York offices. She began her career as an intern at Research International.

CRO Ryan Barry welcomed O'Connor to the team, saying clients across the EMEA region will benefit from her immense experience and consultative approach, along with her 'overall awesome personality'.
