M3 Hires 'Programming Legend' Miriam Haynes

In the US, healthcare data collection specialist M3 Global Research has hired long-time Kantar exec Miriam Haynes for a newly created role, Global Head of Survey Programming.

Miriam HaynesThe group, which is the market research division of Tokyo-based M3 Inc, operates a proprietary healthcare professional panel comprising over four million respondents, and has offices in Japan, UK, France, Germany, Brazil and South Korea. Haynes (pictured) joins after nearly eighteen years working for Kantar companies. Most recently she served as Director of Survey Programming at data collection specialist Lightspeed Research (formerly All Global) managing an onshore scripting team supporting internal WPP accounts including Kantar, Millward Brown, Grey, Ogilvy and Added Value. In addition, she was responsible for all external (non-WPP companies) healthcare work conducted by Lightspeed Health across the Americas. She began her research career as an RA with Opinion Research Corporation (ORC).

In her new role, Haynes is responsible for overseeing and developing the firm's team of 21 programmers located in the US, UK, Sweden and Russia, as well as for the development and execution of new programming techniques.
