Join the Dots Hires Bus Dev Director in NYC

UK-based Join the Dots has appointed former C Space / Vision Critical exec Mallory Salerno as Business Development Director, based in New York, with a remit to expand the firm's US presence.

Headquartered in Manchester and acquired last year by its senior management team, Join the Dots combines primary research with psychology and behavioural economics. It also sets up and manages online communities, and last year launched a dedicated qualitative research unit called Spirit. More recently, the company has restructured into two teams led by Andy Cumming and Adele Mann, who will focus on growing sector specialisms.

Salerno (pictured) joins after a brief spell at online community specialist LRWTonic, where she served as Senior Research Manager. Before this, she was a consultant at online community provider C Space, Customer Success Manager at communities and research technology company Vision Critical, and Manager of Cello Health Insight's online pharmaceutical community platform eVillage.
