Questback Promotes Matson for Global Product Role

In New York, enterprise feedback management specialist Questback has promoted Nicola Matson to the role of Vice President of Global Product Management.

Questback, which began in 2000 as a Norwegian survey tech firm and merged with German panel and survey software firm Globalpark seven years ago, has expanded in the USA, UK and Central Europe in recent years, assisted by considerable investment. The firm offers a complete feedback system for employee, customer and other market research.

Matson (pictured) joined the company sixteen months ago as Director of Sales Enablement and Support, and has worked to develop its global value proposition across all three solutions sets. Her experience spans twenty years in HR software design, development, implementation, support and sales - almost half of it at IBM in the UK. In her new role, she takes responsibility for shaping and delivering Questback's product portfolio across its key regions in Europe and the United States.
