Expanding Questback Looks to US

February 9 2016

Frank Møllerop, CEO of Enterprise Feedback Management specialist Questback is moving to work in the company's New York office this month, reflecting an increased focus on expansion in the US market. The firm says its enterprise revenues rose 40% in 2015.

Frank MølleropQuestback, whose software is for HR and employee engagement, customer experience and market research, says it has grown rapidly over the last three years by focusing on its cloud-based enterprise offering. In August it announced it would raise around £12m in capital from existing investors, to support an ambitious programme of expansion. The company is 70 per cent owned by the private equity company Reiten & Co and 30 per cent by current and former employees and other investors.

2015 saw strong growth in the UK - where in August it appointed Edward Chatham to lead its expansion; the US; and Central Europe, along with higher investment in R&D. The company has more than 300 employees and US offices in New York, Texas and Bridgeport, CT.

Møllerop (pictured) says of the results: 'Our 2015 figures demonstrate that we are delivering on what we set out to do - increasing organic growth through sales of new software licences to larger enterprises. In 2015 we began the journey of expanding our global business, by widening our footprint in the United States. This will be one of the cornerstones for our growth going forward, which is why I am relocating to New York'.
