Bonamy Finch Adds Data Science and Consulting Talent

Surrey, UK-based analytics and insights agency Bonamy Finch has hired seven new members of staff, in response to continued growth in its core specialisms.

Andy Fitzgibbons, Michael Fisher, Madi Sattari, Steven Pesarra, Mike Pavey, Antiopi Tsaousi and Maria StonehouseFounded in 2005 by former Research International Director Leigh Morris, the company combines full service research with advanced analytics. Andy Fitzgibbons joins as a Director in the Research Solutions team after nearly twelve years at Quadrangle Research Group, most recently as Research Director. He began his career at Synovate. In his new role, Fitzgibbons will help the company develop its segment activation specialism.

Michael Fisher takes up the role of Director of Customer Analytics, bringing experience from client and agency side, including start-up companies. His former employers include brand relationship agency Indicia, marketing consultancy and technology partner Linnaeus, and Safeway. He specialises in enriching customer data through connecting databases with external third-party data.

Madi Sattari joins as Senior Data Scientist with a background that includes serving as Data Scientist at telecoms tech firm Qvantel in Finland; and Steven Pesarra, Mike Pavey, Antiopi Tsaousi and Maria Stonehouse join the Advanced Analytics and Research Solutions teams. Pesarra has nearly three years research agency experience from DRG, latterly as Statistical & Insight Analyst; Pavey was previously an SRE at Arkenford Market Research; and Tsaousi was a Research Analyst at MR agency To The Point, in Greece.
