YouthSight Adds Three
In the UK, Gen Z and Millennial agency YouthSight have announced three recent appointments in its Insight division: former Ipsos MORI exec Tanya Michelsen as an AD and Head of the Brands Team; and Megan Highcock and Miranda Brown as Senior Research Managers.
 YouthSight recently restructured to establish separate divisions for its Insight business and its Panel and Data Services business; with company founder Ben Marks moving into the role of CEO to focus on growth and new opportunities.
Michelsen joined the company in October after five years at Ipsos MORI, where she rose rapidly from Trainee to Associate Director, gaining experience in campaign evaluations, ad testing, brand tracking and ad hoc research.
Highcock joins from Flamingo where she spent four years, initially focusing on the beauty and leisure categories, then transferring to the firm's New York office where she added the food and drink sectors and was promoted to Project Director.
Brown has spent the last four years at RDSi, rising to Research Manager and working with qual and quant techniques in markets including CPG and visitor attractions.
