Socialbakers Opens Platform to Help NGOs Communicate

Social media monitoring and marketing platform Socialbakers has opened up its platform to help non-governmental organizations (NGOs) around the world communicate, and inform and educate the public through social media channels during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Socialbakers Opens Platform to Help NGOs CommunicateLaunched in 2009 in the Czech Republic, Socialbakers offers benchmarks for social media advertising and video performance, an AI-based Instagram prediction tool, and audience segmentation capabilities. In addition, the Socialbakers Suite includes a central hub that non-profit NGOs can use to manage all their social media operations.

The firm is now offering NGOs free access to its platform for the next six months, to help them communicate with their audience and make it faster and easier to collaborate, plan, create and publish educational social media content about Coronavirus, while their marketing and PR teams work remotely. CEO Yuval Ben-Itzhak comments: 'It's often a struggle for any organization to stay on top of its social media channels, but during a public emergency like this, we can't not communicate. With this donation of our technology, we offer our full support to NGOs who provide the public with timely and essential information on social media about what we can do to protect ourselves and each other'.

NGOs are encouraged to contact Socialbakers directly at support_NGO@socialbakers.com .
