Jivox Launches 'Kairos' Purchase Prediction Engine

US-based digital ad personalization specialist Jivox has launched a patented purchase prediction engine called Kairos, helping brands to increase the performance of their eCommerce marketing campaigns.

Diaz NiazmoneyJivox uses its Personalization Hub technology and first-party identity solution IQiD to identify, store and process consented consumer data used to generate predictions of the likelihood of a consumer to purchase, along with predictions of the products they are likely to purchase. The firm says this hub processes trillions of data signals to make data available to the new Kairos platform in less than seven milliseconds, allowing for real-time decisions on products, pricing and offers.

Powered by Jivox's artificial intelligence and machine learning technology, Kairos uses scoring and product affinity ranking algorithms based on indicators covering interest, exhibited purchase intent, and immediacy. This allows brands to engage with consumers using consented data provided in a privacy compliant manner. This is combined with real-time contextual data to signal the right place and moment, generating engagement and purchase.
