Expansion Funds for CallRail
Atlanta-based call tracking and marketing platform CallRail has received an additional $56m in funds from two of its existing investors.
 The money, from Sageview Capital and Leaders Fund, brings CallRail's total raised to date to $132m, as its annual recurring revenue hits $60m following growth of more than 30% this year. The firm says consumers in the US have 'turned to the 'phone' during the pandemic, with a 35% increase in call volumes between June 2019 and June 2020.
CallRail was established in 2011, boasts almost 200 employees and provides a platform linking data from calls, forms, chat and other sources for 'perfect visibility' into digital marketing efforts - seamlessly routing leads and integrating with marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Analytics. The integrated platform has grown out of the firm's multi-touch attribution insights service over the last two years, with the addition of new features Form Tracking, Conversation Intelligence and Lead Center - these offer lead capture, automated call transcription and analysis, and lead management / prioritisation.
