Ironwood Insights Promotes Four in VP / Director Roles

In the US, qual and quant provider Ironwood Insights Group (IIG) has promoted Ryan Luciani to VP of Account Management, Katie Hill to Director of Account Management, Richard McCaffery to VP of Operations, and Sara Reed to Director of Operations.

IIG was formed in 2018, following the merger of Ironwood Insights with data collection and research services businesses Information Alliance. Last year the group acquired Saratoga Springs, UT-based data collection company Discovery Research Group (DRG), which provides a range of data collection methodologies for market research, healthcare follow up, customer loyalty, tracking and polling studies.

Luciani joined in January as Director of Quantitative Research, having previously spent more than eight years at Discovery, latterly as Director of Client Services. Earlier, he spent nearly fifteen years managing and executing projects at PhoneBase Research.

Hill, who previously served as Senior Project Manager, also joined last year from Discovery. She spent more than sixteen years there, most recently as Senior Account Executive. Former Director of Operations McCaffery spent more than eight months at Discovery, latterly with the same title, directing a team of 200 to 300 employees. Like Luciani, he previously worked at PhoneBase, in roles including Director of Operations. Reed takes over from McCaffery, after serving as Scheduling and Project Manager.
