Solugo Names Bill Hoover EVP of US B2B Division

India-based data collection company Solugo has appointed long-term industry exec Bill Hoover as Executive Vice President of its Business-to-Business division for the US market.

Solugo offers a range of B2C, B2B and healthcare data collection and sampling services to help clients target their audience and deliver insights. In addition, the company provides integrated IT support for panel management, recruitment, online survey solutions, CATI market research and project management.

Hoover (pictured) joins after serving as VP, Healthcare at ROS Research, before which, he was VP, Sales at Manthan, where he helped launch the US Healthcare Market Research division of Manthan Services (now a part of M3 Global). Earlier, he held senior roles at All Global, M3 Global, and Ciao.

In his new position, Hoover will help to formulate the company's strategy and expand its market presence in new geographies.
