Bangalore-based healthcare data and panel provider Manthan Services has appointed former All Global exec Bill Hoover as Vice President of Sales, to head the MR Sales division for the Americas from the firm’s offices in Philadelphia.

Founded in 2003, Manthan Services offers operations support services to global pharma organizations, including online and CATI data collection services, survey programming, data preparation, processing and reporting services. The firm also has its own healthcare panel comprising more than 225,000 healthcare professionals across North America.

The firm is part of retail analytics provider, Manthan Systems which last year, raised $15m in Series C funding for investment in new products and company acquisitions.

Hoover (pictured), joins from healthcare data collection firm All Global, where for the past year, he served as SVP of Market Research. Prior to this, he worked for M3 Global Research (formerly MDLinx Market Research), and he was Director of US Sales for European-based online panel Ciao, where he latterly served as Director of International Sample. He began his career with 25 years in an end-client role as a buyer/user of market research.

In a statement, Manthan said that in his new role, Hoover will play a key role in accelerating the business growth of its Research & Analytics line.
