Logica Research Promotes and Adds to US Team

In the US, financial services, fintech and tech specialist Logica Research has promoted Carole Herpin as Vice President, Client Success, while Kerol Guaqueta has joined as Market Research Manager and Denise Squicciarini as Research Director.

Carole Herpin, Kerol Guaqueta and Denise SquicciariniLogica helps clients with product development, service enhancements and communications with the stated aim of improving people's 'financial lives'. Herpin joined in 2019 and most recently served as Research Director. Prior to this, she worked in London as a Senior Director, Research at financial services and insurance sector specialist FWD Consult, running a panel conducting hundreds of one-to-one interviews with brokers and senior execs. Earlier, she was MD at Decision Analyst; and an AD at Join the Dots; and she spent more than seventeen years at GfK in the US, latterly as VP Consulting, Financial Services.

Guaqueta joins the firm after nearly fifteen years at J.D. Power, where she oversaw the execution of large customer satisfaction programs, working with cross-functional teams to deliver long-term tracking studies. Her career has included working with clients in the financial services, auto, home and healthcare sectors.

Squicciarini has more than 25 years' experience designing and conducting custom quantitative research and analysis across a variety of verticals. Most recently, she worked at Fuel Cycle as Research Director Group Head for financial services clients with online communities, before which she held senior level roles at Tapestry Research, Maru/Matchbox, Vision Critical, The NPD Group and Newman-Stein (acquired by Radius Global / previously known as DDW).
