ISG Experience Assessment Center Launches

In the US, tech research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) has launched the ISG Experience Assessment Center, to evaluate the health of business relationships and the quality of workforce experiences.

ISG offers digital transformation services, including automation, cloud and data analytics; change management; market intelligence and technology research and analysis. Its new ISG Experience Assessment Center builds on the company's relationship management work, covering more than three million data points relating to relationship health and satisfaction gathered during the last decade.

The center claims to offer analyses of what is working, what is not, and what can be optimized in terms of relationships between an enterprise and its business partners, between enterprise business units and shared-service areas like IT, or in the workplace experience employees have with tech and business services. ISG's team investigates the unique context of each relationship, and analyzes data from ISG's quant and qual assessments, then combines those insights with market intelligence and benchmarking data, and produces a prescriptive plan for strengthening relationships and experiences.
