TDCX Opens Digital Centre of Excellence in Singapore

Singapore-based digital customer experience solutions provider TDCX has launched its first Digital CX Center of Excellence, which will pilot and validate new CX models. To support the center, TDCX has also set up a Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) arm to invest in CX technologies.

Angie TayTDCX provides solutions for brands to acquire new customers, build customer loyalty and protect their online communities. The company has more than 17,000 employees across 26 campuses globally, and now has six bases in the Philippines, following the recent opening of an office in Iloilo.

The new Singapore-based Digital CX Center of Excellence, led by Group COO Angie Tay (pictured), will develop CX solutions to enable personalized customer engagement in both physical and virtual environments, including the metaverse. In addition, the center will develop best practices in data science and analytics, to help businesses enhance cost efficiency in areas such as quality assurance automation.

The center adds to the firm's existing capabilities available at its Digital Innovation Lab based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, focused on developing new technology applications for the group. Additionally, the new CVC will enable TDCX to take advantage of solutions that are already being incubated and developed in Singapore and South East Asia, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation and natural language processing.
